State of the Union

Have you guys ever heard of a dream? Well, it's like a movie - you know like Transformers -- that plays in your head when you are sleeping. I asked Dad if he could see my dreams but I don't think he could because he just smiled at me and started tickling my belly. Any way, I had this crazy dream that I was the President of the UAW and that I was fighting for the rights of all of the downtrodden and disenfranchised American workers. Check out this picture from when I was having my dream:

I think I dreamt about running a national union because my Grampa was telling me about how he used to fight for the Police Officers when he was the secretary of the PBA (Police Benevolant Association) before he retired. He used to write all kinds of articles in the Blue Line newspaper about how the mayor was a big dummy and he even got published in a national newspaper for one of his articles. Turns out he didn't make many friends in city hall but the police officers in Buffalo sure like him!

I was trying to remember the speech I gave in my dream. It was really good! I talked about how the quality of the conditions in the factories had to improve and that the workers deserved more money, better pay and longer vacations. The guys in the auto factories thought I was pretty darn cool. I couldn't remember the whole speech but take a look, I recorded the stuff that I could remember and I think you'll begin to understand how much respect I had garnered from my short speech... Keep in mind this was my first big public speech so I was a little nervous. Sorry for all the pauses but I really wanted to make sure I was saying the right thing.

Riviting stuff huh? I've had whole bunches of dreams in the past few weeks. In one of them I was a rock star! I think I dreamt that one because my Mom likes to play AC/DC when I'm trying to fall asleep. I woke up after that dream and thought I was still on stage at Madison Square Garden. Check me out:

Then when my cousin Chris came over he told me all about this sport called wrestling! I guess these grown-ups all get into a giant play-pen in their diapers and give each other hugs and jump around on the floor and stuff. He told me that his favorite wrestler of all time was Hulk Hogan and he showed me some of the cool moves he always did, like ripping off his shirt! I could rip my shirt off. I guess you gotta have some pretty big muscles to do that. But I did have a dream that I was Hulk Hogan and I was trying to get the crowd to tell me what they wanted me to do to my opponent, The Munchies Man!

Dreams are pretty neat! And I have a feeling I'm going to have a lot more of them before too long. Maybe I'll try to keep a record of all the crazy stuff I dream about so I can share them with everyone. I mean, these are really only a few of them. I bet I've forgotten about some that were really, really cool already.

Before I get going I just wanted to let everyone know that my Aunt Sharrae had a baby girl named Julia! She's my very first cousin. I'm gonna tell her all about dreams and stuff as soon as I get a chance. I'm gonna put up a couple more pictures too so you can all see some more of the stuff I've been doing over the last few months.

This is Aunt Sharrae and Julia:

Here's one of Mom and Dad and me:

Here's one of me with my friends clicky bird and crunchy bug:

Are you ready for some football? I am check out my cool shirt!

Well, there are a whole bunch more pictures but I don't want to bore you all. Stay tuned for the next update and more crazy stories. Dad's birthday is coming up! I don't know if I'm gonna make him a gift or just scream real loud on his birthday. I'll probably do both!

See you guys next time!
